New Dub Title

A new dub title has been revealed for DP064 and is called Riding The Winds Of Change!. It will air in two weeks time on July 5.

This episode will consist of new Pokemon being caught, without revealing too much.



Don't forget to watch the next episode though, which is called Hot Springing A Leak!, and will air on June 28. This episode features Dawn meeting one more of Dawn's childhood friends'. It also features three Swinub.

As for general news, nothing. We will have to wait next month, for more Platinum news. Also the new movie, Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin will be released to theaters in Japan on July 19, 2008.

New Dub Title

Platinum news from Pokemon Sunday

Today on Pokemon Sunday, many screenshots were showed, and some were of the three Regis' in battle scene, with the player's Movie Regigigas. This confirms the updated battle bar (HP, status, level) is now black for all battles, because the players's Regigigas also has this change.

Pokemon Sunday also reveals the Regis' will be Level 30 when encountered.

Another feature is that when you send Pokemon out, they move aswell! Not just when another trainer sends one out like in D/P.

We also now have an images of Regirock's Cave, and Lucas encountering Regirock.

First images of Shaymin Sky Forme in Movie 11

This month's CoroCoro has also provided us with the first images of the Shaymin Sky Forme in the 11th movie, Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin. The trio of images show the Shaymin Sky Forme flying with Ash's Pikachu and Staravia, fighting off Zero's Magnemites', and flying by itself.

Here is the Giratina artwork that will go onto the Platinum box. It is a good quality image from the official Japanese site.

New Pokemon Ranger Batonnage Mission

If you have a Japanese game of Pokemon Ranger Batonnage, you can get a new mission with Shaymin. It is called 'For Bride and Shaymin' and will be avaliable from July 19 - August 31, over Nintendo Wi-Fi connection. The Shaymin (Land Forme) however, cannot be transfered to Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

Clearer Platinum images

Several images from the June issues' of CoroCoro and Famitsu have been updated on the official Japanese Platinum site. They are all the same, but images are now clearer, and one new image has been added, which features Floaroma Town.

DP062 Dub Title

DP062 is the tenth episode of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl : Battle Dimension, and it's dub title is Tanks For The Memories!. This episode will feature the Cafe Cabin from the games.It will air in two weeks time on June 21.

However, this weeks' episode is called Team Shocker and is the ninth episode of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl : Battle Dimension. It will feature the Solaceon Town Contest. It airs this Saturday, June 14.

My Pokemon Ranch

If you live in America and have a Nnintendo Wii, and you are a Pokemon fan, My Pokemon Ranch is now out on WiiWare. It is avaliable now for download for 1000 Wii Points. You can store up to 1000 Pokemon on it. It is basically a storage utility for your Pokemon.

Darkrai event at Nintendo World Store

Darkrai is still being given away at the Nintendo World Store at the New York Rockefeller Center. However, you cannot download it if you already dowloaded one at Toys 'R' US. They will be given away until the middle of June. The Darkrai is the same one as before:

Regirock, Regice and Registeel avaliable in Platinum

If you get to happen to get a special movie ticket, and when you download Regigigas when you watch the movie in Japan, it seems that you can catch Regirock, Regice and Registeel in-game. However, it did not say if you could with a normal Regigigas, or if this will happen outside Japan. However, lately, Pokemon movies have not been screening in theatres, so there must be another way.

Deoxys Event at Gamestop

Gamestop (America) will be holding a Deoxys download event on the weekends of June 20th and June 27th. All you need is a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl game and a Nintendo DS. Just make sure in the your game you have the Pokedex.

Famitsu Scan

This months Famitsu scan tells us:

• Shaymin will automatically change into its Sky Forme when traded to Platinum
• New Area above Mt. Coronet is named the Torn World
• New outfits for Dawn and Lucas, plus new Poketch designs
• Two new characters, one what looks like a crazy scientist with pink hair, and maybe one detective?
• You can also see there is snow in Eterna City? This could be due to the time change, which can also explain why Dawn and Lucas have Winter-style outfits
• What looks like a castle could be the new Battle Castle? Which could be the Battle Tower? Maybe

Shaymin Sky Forme Image

Here is an official artwork of Shaymin's new Sky Forme, from this months CoroCoro. Looks like it's changed form a hedgehog into a deer. It looks nothing like Shaymin's Land Forme.

DP084, DP085, DP086 titles revealed

A double-bill of Pokémon Diamond & Pearl will air on July 3 on TV Tokyo, and another title has been revealed for the episode airing on July 10 . DP084, ウラヤマさんちの大食いウリムー!, The Backlot's Gluttonous Urimoo!, and DP085, グライガー！友情の翼!! Gliger! Wings of Friendship!!, will air as a one-hour double-bill special on July 3. DP086, ヨスガコレクション！ポケモンスタイリストへの道!! Yosuga Collection!, The Road to Becoming a Pokémon Stylist!!, will air July 10.

DP084, apparently, Dawn will capture a Swinub. Also, by episodes the name, Mr. Backlot and his Pokemon Mansion and Trophy Garden will probably appear.

DP085, Ash's Gligar is said to evolve into Gliscor.

We know this as in the 11th movie's advertisement, a Swinub and Gliscor is seen with Ash, Dawn and Brock, along with their other Pokemon.

DP086, it is said that Gary will return

Platinum Boxart

Here is the Pokemon Platinum boxart from the Famitsu scan this month. A good quality version should come out soon.

Nice artwork of the Origin Forme, unlike Diamond and Pearl where they just put on the standard artwork of Dialga and Palkia, this is actually different from the standard Giratina Origin Forme artwork.
